Mindfulness and Contemplation Book Series

Mindfulness and Contemplation Book Study’s new book for 2025, to start on Sundays, after worship and Fellowship Hour, is: “Practices for Embodied Living: Experiencing the Wisdom of Your Body” by Hilary L. McBride, PhD. The group will begin to read this book on Feb. 2 nd (after it finishes the last two chapters of “Breathing Under Water” by Richard Rohr). This group continues to be led by Pastor Kim.
